We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion, particularly in cases where safety concerns arise or when proper documentation is not provided.

2. Service Scope and Limitations

Our wild fortune methodology encompasses comprehensive automotive repair services, including:

  • Engine repair and performance optimization
  • Transmission and drivetrain services
  • Brake system maintenance and repair
  • Electrical system troubleshooting and repair

Service availability may vary based on vehicle type, parts availability, and technical complexity. We will inform customers of any limitations prior to commencing work.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

4. Warranty and Guarantees

Royal Reels Experience provides comprehensive warranties on our workmanship and parts supplied. Our standard warranty covers:

  • 12 months or 20,000 kilometers on labor (whichever comes first)
  • Manufacturer's warranty on all genuine parts
  • 30-day satisfaction guarantee on completed repairs
  • Extended warranty options available for major components

Warranty coverage excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by third parties after our service completion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide accurate information about their vehicle's condition, history, and any previous repairs. You must also:

  • Provide proper identification and vehicle documentation
  • Remove all personal items from the vehicle before service
  • Inform us of any known safety issues or concerns
  • Make payment according to agreed terms

6. Liability and Insurance

While your vehicle is in our care, it is covered by our comprehensive commercial insurance policy. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage resulting from the age and condition of the vehicle.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs performed and does not extend to consequential damages, loss of use, or other indirect costs unless required by Australian consumer law.
